One of the biggest performance upgrades you can make to your bike is a proper bike fit. Bike fitting is the process of gathering data about cyclist’s body position on the bike, aerodynamics and bike’s contact points at the handlebars, brake levers and hoods, saddle, shoes, cleats and pedals.

We use the latest technology to perform a full-body, 3D, dual-side, real-time cycling analysis. This data allows us to generate a comprehensive individual evaluation, which coupled with your personal preferences and goals.

A professional bike fitt, not only enhances performance, it also helps prevent injuries and common pains in the neck, back, hands, and knees.

For even more precise bike fit we use the saddle pressure measurement system.

Choosing the correct frame size when buying your new bike, is vital for an optimal cycling position, comfort and performance.

Pre-purchase fit includes:

Transfer Fit 50€

When transferring position replication (to the new bike or from Pre-Purchase

SizingFit ), we use the measurements of the current bike and cyclist’s position data. If

the previous bike fit was not conducted our system, we first do the measurements and

then transfer the data to the new bike. We make all the necessary adjustments to the fit if required.

Component changes 50€/h

After replacing components (handlebar, stem, seat, pedals), it makes sense to check whether the position on the bike has changed. When replacing components, we take into account the pre-shift measurements and try to adjust the settings as close as possible to the initial setup. If the bike measurements have not been carried out according to our method, we do this first.

Aerodynamics Optimization

There are two forces slowing the rider in cycling: aerodynamic resistance and friction (tire, bearings, chain etc). Forward resistance translates to “force” (Drag), the more we reduce the drag, the faster we can go for the same effort.

Aerodynamic resistance accounts for almost 90% of forward resistance and is dependent from a frontal surface and air turbulence around the rider.

Turbulence can be reduced by choosing the correct components like aero-clothing, aero-bottles, aero helmet, deep wheels etc. but you, as a rider, still represent the most front surface exposed.

Virtual tunnel 100€

With our virtual wind tunnel, we can help you find the best position on the bike to reduce your frontal surface and to understand if you can hold it for the entire event and at the desired effort.

Thanks to an advanced software we can tell you how much time you can gain over a selected distance.

Wind tunnel protocol 150€

Surely the most accurate data about aerodynamics resistance is obtained in the wind tunnel, where we mainly search for turbulence.

Given the relatively high cost of measurements in the wind tunnel, it is smart to make a plan of desired measurements before the wind tunnel visit, and as much as possible reduce the time needed.

Aerodynamics Optimization PRO

In the PRO pack, we have combined the whole offer of fitting TT / TRI bike, preparation for tunnel measurements and also measurements in the wind tunnel.

The goal is to achieve an optimal position that takes into account both performance/efficiency and aerodynamics.

Saddle testing

Saddle pressure system allows us to build a real-time map of pressure across your saddle while you’re pedaling. This enables us to set up your current saddle to minimize the risk of reduced blood flow through the perineum, which can lead to numbness, saddle sores or even erectile dysfunction. You can try saddles of different shapes and designs, different shorts or riding positions and we can see how they affect your pressure distribution.

Cleat alignment

The foot-pedal interface is critical for more powerful and efficient pedal stroke. Proper cleat and pedal set-up with the right foot support, is one of the most effective ways to improve biomechanical alignment.

 

When needed, we recommend cleat wedges, cleat shims, or customized insoles to improve alignment, stability, and power output.

 

The correct cleat alignment helps prevent knee pain and injuries and makes riding much more comfortable.
